1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Timeless Voices, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines.

2. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of everything you write in Timeless Voices. Your personal reflections belong to you.
• We do not claim any ownership rights over your words or memories.
• You are responsible for the content you choose to share publicly.

3. Granted Access

• You have full control over who can access your journal. Once you grant access to someone, it is permanent unless you choose to revoke it.
• Timeless Voices does not process post-death access requests or handle any matters related to a user's passing. We recommend that you make your own arrangements for how you would like your journal to be shared after you are gone.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time through your account settings.
• One-time granted access purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Timeless Voices is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to keep the service reliable and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that data will never be lost.
• You may freely download and export all of your journal entries at any time through the Export feature in Settings. We strongly encourage you to regularly back up your data.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data, inability to access your journal, or emotional impact.
• In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations of the Community Guidelines or these Terms. We will strive to act fairly and will notify you when possible.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you. Your continued use of Timeless Voices after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
